Freight arranged with the seller · pickup welcome

Pallet lots move by LTL freight. After your purchase the seller coordinates the shipment with you — dock or liftgate, delivery window, and the freight quote for your ZIP.

Picking the lot up yourself is welcome too; transit in your own carrier's custody is outside the claims scope, and the order says so.

Lots not as manifested are always covered · line-level claims, partial refunds

Wholesale lots are not change-of-mind purchases — but what you receive must match the manifest. Shortages and condition not as manifested are covered, line by line.

File a claim from your order within 5 business days of the carrier's delivery scan, with photos. The base remedy is a partial refund for the affected lines — you keep the goods, and the refund is paid from escrowed funds.

A seller's own «all sales final» terms never limit this cover on Closo.

Card or bank — processed by Stripe. Closo never sees your card number.

Your payment is processed by Stripe, the payment platform behind millions of online businesses. Card details travel encrypted, straight to Stripe.

Neither Closo nor the seller ever sees your card number. Verified business buyers can also pay by ACH bank debit; truckload-scale orders settle by bank transfer.
