A pair of vintage yearbooks from Canyon High School in Canyon, Texas, titled "Soaring Wings" for the academic years 1963 and 1964. These volumes provide a detailed historical record of student life in the early 1960s, featuring faculty photos, student portraits, athletic teams including cheerleaders and band, and local advertisements from the era. These books serve as excellent primary sources for regional Texas history and genealogy.

Condition: The 1963 yearbook has significant water damage to the top edges, resulting in pages being stuck together and visible staining as noted. The 1964 yearbook shows standard age-related shelf wear, yellowing to the cover, and light foxing. Both books contain numerous handwritten notes from students. The 1963 volume includes a protective plastic sleeve. Spines appear stable but show light wear consistent with age.
