Worth
Their website domain was created in 2023. The domain registration lists an owner in Karachi, Pakistan. They claim “55 years in business”, but the online presence is only a few years old. For a company claiming decades in business and supplying major brands, I could not find clear information about verified warehouses, authorized distributor status, or a strong business footprint. Buyers should do thorough due diligence before sending any payment.

Company statement: 55 years in business Domain created: 2.7 years ago Forms of payment: Bank Transfers, Bank Deposit, Mail Check, Zelle Payment Non of this forms of payment are reputable for the company with 55 years of business. (CC card payment, net30 or etc. is usual for such companies) I was not able to locate even one address of the locations you serve. With a 55 years in business, zero information about the owners, team, address. For a long established company 4 reviews on Trustpilot is not possible. Last, but not list, ask chatGPT to analyze their domain for any possible red flags and make your decision on your own. Trust your Gut. Cheers

How shipping works on this lot

Freight arranged with the seller · ships from ZIP 75247 · pickup welcome

Pallet lots move by LTL freight. After your purchase the seller coordinates the shipment with you — dock or liftgate, delivery window, and the freight quote for your ZIP.

Picking the lot up yourself is welcome too; transit in your own carrier's custody is outside the claims scope, and the order says so.

What returns & claims mean here

Lots not as manifested are always covered · line-level claims, partial refunds

Wholesale lots are not change-of-mind purchases — but what you receive must match the manifest. Shortages and condition not as manifested are covered, line by line.

File a claim from your order within 5 business days of the carrier's delivery scan, with photos. The base remedy is a partial refund for the affected lines — you keep the goods, and the refund is paid from escrowed funds.

A seller's own «all sales final» terms never limit this cover on Closo.

How your payment is handled

Card or bank — processed by Stripe. Closo never sees your card number.

Your payment is processed by Stripe, the payment platform behind millions of online businesses. Card details travel encrypted, straight to Stripe.

Neither Closo nor the seller ever sees your card number. Verified business buyers can also pay by ACH bank debit; truckload-scale orders settle by bank transfer.

How Buyer Protection works

Funds held in escrow · 5-business-day window from delivery

Your money does not go to the seller at purchase — Closo holds it in escrow, and it is released only 5 business days after the carrier records delivery.

If something is wrong, your claim is decided while the funds are still held: refunds are paid from escrow, never chased after the fact.

This cover is automatic on every wholesale checkout — nothing to opt into, nothing extra to pay.
